set/10 ANTIQUE TRADE BEADS: Bohemian - 8,5 mm - Turquoise
A set of 10 Antique (African) tradebeads - originally made in Europe (Bohemia)
These glass beads were made in Europe in the early 1900's and transported to Africa where they were used as money (and highly valued). These kind of beads in this colour, were also used in the N-American/Canadian Furtrade.
Great to use in your jewelry, but also great to display. Will increase in value!
- Size: approx 8,5 mm across x 6,5-7 mm length each, hole approx 2,5 mm
- Fantastic old beads in a lovely Turquoise colour. Good condition.
