Overview1 Beautiful, large oiled Rudraksha bead - made from the seed of the Elaeocarpus Ganitrus tree,
These beads are known as 'Shiva's Tears'
- The word Rudraksha comes from "Rudra" (name of Shiva) and "Aksha" meaning tears.
- Approx 16,5 mm across (some are a bit larger, some a bit smaller) x approx 10 mm high - drilled hole approx 2,5-3 mm
- Great for making a mala or men bracelet
- These beads are traditionally soaked for over 24 hrs in ghee, washed in water and dried. This gave them a nice shine and maked them darker. Please do NOT clean the beads with soap or cleaning materials.
