1 antique African tradebead - originally made in Venice: Watermelon Chevron

These glass beads were made in Venice in the late 1800's and transported to Africa where they were used as money (and highly valued).

Great to use in your jewelry, but also great to display. Will increase in value.

• Tabular: size approx 10-13 mm long x 7-9 mm across (hole approx 0,9-1 mm) 
• Fantastic old 3-layer beads: White & Red layers, outside in Burgundy-Red, Cobalt-Blue, Green & White striped pattern 
• Good condition.
• Price is for 1 bead as/of the photos, where you can see (for they are handmade) that each bead is unique (shape/size/pattern)
